3D Wall Panlewall Brick Production Line

3D wall panel/ wall brick production line comprises of three main parts: lamination unit, mould press unit and adhesive glue coating unit.
XPE foam → coated with one layer of plastic film on surface at extrusion lamination unit →slitted into two rolls or required width→ mould press embossing unit to be reheated and pressed with brick pattern or customized pattern on the laminated surface → backed with adhesiveness and release paper on the other side at adhesive glue coating unit →the rolls are cutted into sheets as per requirement.
The 3D wall panel/wall brick is suitable for interior decoration of home and public places.
The production line can also be used for producing baby play mat.
